Skull'Rz Bane, the Areas Premier Hard Rock Power Duo as we know them today has been a work in progress for over 2o years. Drew Johnson starting molding his ideas for Skull'Rz Bane back when he joined his first band in 88 the day his first born daughter and now drummer Rox was born. From then on he went from band to band and show to show learning and developing the concepts that became Skull'Rz Bane. Taking every experience with him as a learning process. When in 2oo6 his drummer at the time could not continue on with the band due to health troubles he accidentally discovered Rox's hidden drumming talents with her playing her first 3 songs correctly with never having picked up sticks in her life. Three months later Skull'Rz Bane was playing 4 to 8 shows a month and continuing to mold theirselves as a three piece act. Finally in December of 2o1o, after going through 13 bass players and the tragic home invasion and stabbing of singer/guitar player Drew, Skull'Rz Bane came back out with a renewed confidence and energy. Leaving behind their three piece, they finally found there true place as the areas biggest, fullest sounding Two-Piece Father-Daughter Hard Rock Act. Having almost 25o shows under their belt in 6 years between Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, New Hampshire and Massachusetts and bringing all of these life lessons with them and all of the knowledge that they have gained being in the music Industry for years they are ready to challenge everything you know about two-piece bands and share the experience that is Skull'Rz Bane. DREWCIfER Guitar, VOX. Drewcifer has single-handedly influenced the playing of many of the musicians in Northeast Ohio. Through teaching as well as performing in acts such as Rage, Sweet Sacrifice, Mutilation, Pain, C.O.A., and most recently Kaos Theory, of which he was a founding member, principal song-writer, and lead guitarist, he has honed his musical abilities. Now with the formation of Skull'Rz Bane, Drewcifer has the opportunity as well as the passion to express his musical ideas in their purest form. Drewcifer has played along side various national acts such as Dickey Betts, Molly Hatchett, and Mountain. So, with five years of classical guitar/music performance, and two recordings under his belt (C.O.A., Circa, 1997, Kaos Theory, Circa, 2003), as well as performing at various venues throughout the tri-state area, he is now prepared to share his musical experience with the masses.
